Filled with layered guitar lines, Chad’s plaintive, and poetic singing, heavy percussion and reverberated space, it bridges Chad VanGaalen’s experimental folk recordings from 2008 LP ‘Soft Airplane’ with the more refined rock styles of new album ‘Diaper Island’, released this month on the Sub Pop label.
